Cecília Martini Grafietti

A law student at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, she is pursuing her academic training with a particular interest in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure.

Since early 2026, she has been a member of the research group “Contemporary Risks and Challenges in Combating Corruption and Organized Crime” at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, where she studies issues relating to organized crime, corruption, and the contemporary challenges of criminal prosecution.

During her undergraduate studies, she gained practical experience in the public sector, having worked at the State Department of Criminal Sentence Enforcement (Deecrim), at the Barra Funda Criminal Courthouse in São Paulo.
